Circa 1825. 2 storeys; gault brick; slate roof; symmetrically designed front; 3 windows, flat-headed arches, glazing bars; round-headed doorway with 5 flush panelled door and ornamental metal fanlight; shutters to ground floor window corbelling below caves.
