Garibaldi Terrace (E Smith)

Garibaldi Terrace, Beach Road, Cottenham

History of Garibaldi Terrace

The terrace was built in 1860s by Thomas Piggott, a brewer from Warboys, on land which the Cross family had owned. The name Garibaldi came from the beer house on the corner which closed in 1894.

1944 terrace sold for £800.
