Bell Road appears to be unusual in that there was a street numbering scheme in the mid 19th century i.e. 1861 which is absent in the censuses of 1901 and 1911. Looking at the street in Google Streetview there seems little evidence that any of the 19th century buildings have survived into the 21st.
