1861

John Adams, widower, 83, baker, b Cambridge

Elizabeth Bowbank, daughter, married, 54, housekeeper, b Cambridge

In 1851 John Adams was living in Malcolm Street.

In 1851 Eliza Bowbank is a baker at 7 St Andrew’s Street

Eliza was born circa 1813 in Cambridge, daughter of John Adams, baker, and Mary. She was the second wife of Henry Bowbank, a baker of Sidney Street, and they married at Holy Trinity Cambridge, Cambridge on 26th March 1837. They had one child, Mary Eliza, baptised 10th Feb 1839 at Holy Trinity. Henry died in the second quarter of 1839 and was buried at Holy Trinity.

Eliza Bowbank, 50, college baker, b Cambridge

In 1881 Eliza was lodging with James Miles, a carpenter, at 22 Kingston Street.
