Elsie Dyer, daughter, 4, born Cherry Hinton

This became the home in 1941 of those who had lived at Lime Villa and Ferndale, houses in Cherry Hinton Road, that were seriously damaged by bombing. Celia Perry wrote in 2016 that in 1941 ‘Mr and Mrs Mapey, my maternal grandmother Mrs Andrews, my parents and myself lived together at 107 Blinco Grove.’
