Bakers Shop, High Street, Harston

History of the Bakers Shop

Approx location

In the 1881 census the Bakers Shop is listed in sequence after the Green Man Inn and then the Coach and Horses. On the  1885 OS map the lower PH is the Green Man, the higher, the Coach and Horses. Therefore it is assumed that the pink building just north of the Coach and Horses was the Bakers Shop.
