Title: Wartime prefabs and prisoner-built roads recalled
Summary: Former air-raid warden Ted Taylor recalled German prisoners of war constructing concrete roads outside postwar prefabricated houses. The prefabs were later demolished and replaced by Molewood Close and Birdwood Close.
