In 1851 Frederic was living with his parents on Hills Road

In 1871 the Adcock family were living at 41 Clarendon Street in Westminster.

James Wallis, 58, retired merchant and landowner, b Cambridge

Annie Wallis, 65, b London

Isabella Willis, 18, servant, b Bottisham

In 1871 we know that the Dutt family were living here, Toru Dutt, her father Govind C Dutt, her mother Kshetramoni Dutt and her elder sister Aru Dutt. According to the research of P G Dutt they were travelling to get over the death of the eldest daughter Abjie Chunder Dutt who had died of TB in Calcutta. However both surviving daughters also eventually succumbed to TB.
