The Town bridge was opened in 1931.

Temporary wooden bridge used between demolition of Stone Bridge and construction of iron Brdge, 1855-7 (Samuel Smith)

Lawson’s granary, South brink; demolished to make room for Iron Bridge c.1850 (Thomas Craddock?)
