History of 17 Post Street

Listed Building

L-shaped C17 or earlier. 2 storeys, timber-framed, partly plastered, partly exposed; tile roof. East front has projecting upper storeys, plastered cove beneath eaves and early C18 doorway with eared architrave, 6 sunk panels. Sash windows below, sliding sashes above, shutters on ground floor. 

Stable block … Late C18/early C19. Red brick

Wall … C18. Red brick.

A two-story timber-framed building with pale walls, dark beams, a tiled roof, and a blue wheelie bin near the entrance.
