Built of lath and plaster, thatched roof. Four rooms.
Occupants in 1942: not occupied.
This was a tied cottage for Percy Pinner (farmer) of Hill Farm. In 1942 the cottage was shabby. The Gilbert family moved into the cottage in 1945 after Honeydew Cottage burned down.
