Semi-detached left hand side. Built of lath and plaster, thatched roof. 4 rooms.

The cottage near the church, Toseland family

1942

Alfred Toseland, b Papworth St Agnes, horsekeeper for Arthur Sperling. Last job as agricultural worker for Jim Billings

Bertha Toseland née Gilbert, b Papworth St Agnes, worked before her marriage in laundry at Papworth Village Settlement. Did seasonal work on the land.

David Toseland, son born in the cottage, agricultural worker for Jim Billings. Old enough to serve in Home Guard for last two years of WWII.

After Bertha Toseland left the cottage fell into ruins and was demolished. A new cottage was built.
