In 1940 Muriel Lloyd donated her dolls house to the Folk Museum. Muriel herself seems to have been living in Disley, Cheshire when she was 7 years old (1901 census). In 1945 she is living in Castle camps, at Hill Top Cot.

A miniature dollhouse exterior features a standing female doll near steps, with a dining table, chairs, and toy food below.

Miniature newspaper, bowl of bread rolls, and metal tongs arranged on a dark wooden dollhouse table.
