1960 – 1977:

Graham Petrie rented the house from Newnham College. He was a doctor in Cambridge and a partner at 3 Trinity Street, the practice of Drs Bevan, Nourse and Salisbury-Woods. This surgery moved later to Wordsworth Grove – the Newnham Walk Surgery.
