1806 no building shown on Enclosure map. Site called Dodds Close, owned by Thomas Panton.
1829 James Carter listed as owner of house and gardens

1912 Arthur Graves occupier and Sarah Papworth, owner.
This pub ceased trading in 1918 and was later demolished.
