Limbery’s / Limberhurst Farm, Horseheath

History of Limbery's

Enid Porter writes in Cambridgeshire Customs and Folklore:

A ghost allegedly haunted Money Lane in Horseheath. It is a local tradition that a former occupant of Limbery’s once did hid some money in the lane and that since his death he returns from time to time to look for his treasure or to see that it is still there.
