Charles Lovell Naylor was estate agent, set up Cambridge Building Materials Supply Co, built houses in Scotland Road and King’s Hedges Road but war caused problems; purchased Rendezvous Cinema in 1930, rebuilt it after fire 1931 but sold due ill health and lost money – 40 05 17.
