The history of Hemingford is told in great detail in the local published book “Hemingford Road 1878-2012”. It was written by Allan Brigham for the Hemingford and Romsey Road’s Street party in 2012.

As a result, we are facing a crisis; we have no financial cushion – unlike many other museums in Cambridge – and are facing the need to drastically cut back our operations which could affect our ability to continue to run and develop this groundbreaking local history website.
