Eliza Jane née Lee
Frank Arthur Parker born 21.10.1878
(Email from NS 2022) : Frank has an interesting history – on 7 Jan 1891 (aged 12) he was sentenced to detention at Desford Industrial School for Boys until the age of 16 by the Leicester School Board for ‘Truancy’. In 1895, (aged 17) he joined the British Army and served as a Driver in the Royal Field Artillery during the Boer War and World War 1. He survived both wars and left the army in 1923 after a gun carriage ran over his arm, and lived out the rest of his life in Colchester, where he died in 1947.
In 1881 the family are living at 48 Northampton Street.
