Drinking fountain. Mid C19. Walls of limestone and pebble rubble built into earth bank; fountain with copper spout mounted on dressed limestone slab, limestone slab with drain below. Inscription on two wall panels flanking fountain, ‘This wayside drinking fountain is in memory of Emma Mary Hendley, Author of Personal and Domestic Hygiene for India’.
