History of 79 Barton Road

1920s:

Nos 79 and 81 were built by A E Marshall who ran the grocer’s shop in Newnham Road. They were built to be lived in by employees but none ever did.

1930s:

(79) Morley Stuart, editor of the Cambridge Dailey News.
