1918 This address was given for Charles William Baldrey (b 1857 Cambridge), father of Cyril Edgar Baldrey who was killed 24.4.1918 on the Somme.

CIP 21.6.1918: PTE. CYRIL E. BALDREY. – Pte. Cyril E. Baldrey, the Bedfords (transferred from the Herts.), son of Mr. C. W. Baldrey, of 16, Milford-street, Cambridge, is officially reported missing in a counter-attack in the night of April 24th. Any information concerning him would be thankfully received at 16, Milford-street, Cambridge.
