Richard Briggs, of Upper Gwydir-street, was summoned for neglecting to have his child vaccinated.—Defendant admitted the offence, and objected to have the child vaccinated as she had been very delicate and had been a great trouble to bring up.—The bench ordered the child to be vaccinated within seven days.
