1913

Arthur Silvester, ice cream merchant

Robert Collins, hairdresser

Mr Silvester, ice cream seller,  would regularly visit Cottenham. He never disclosed the recipe and it was lost when he died.


1953

Richard John Barham, death

Property, according to family, left to to widow Dorothy Priscilla Barham née Hewitt.


1955

Compulsory sale of property to allow for construction of new flats.

Dorothy moved to 102 Gwydir Street with new husband, Arthur Hewitt.
