A printed menu for Nina's Snack Bar with handwritten annotations of various dishes and prices in black ink on aged paper.

Nina’s Snack Bar, 2 Rose Crescent

This menu was in the possession of pilot Rosati of the 339th USAAF Group which was based at RAF Fowlmere from 1944.

There is a museum at the site of the airfield.
