3 (15) Water Street
History of 15 Water Street
Royal Commission Survey of Cambridge 1959: no. 15 Water Street … of two storeys, has timber framed walls, faced with modern brick towards the street, plastered at the back, and tile covered roofs. It was built probably early in the 17th century but has been much altered.
The documented identity of this building is problematic. Considering its position in relation to the Green Dragon, it seems that the following households were associated with or lived very near the property.
