History of 17 Water Street

Listed Building

House. Early C18. Timber framed with brick skin. Plaintile roof 2 storeys; 2-window range. Facade clad with late C18 gault brick and entered via a central late C20 door behind trellis porch. One C19 8/8 horned sash either side to each floor. Gabled roof hipped to east. West gable of early C18 red brick with attic-level platband and internal gable-end stack. INTERIOR. Early C18 timber frame intact.
