George Brocklesby Davis, b 1873, medical practitioner clerk in holy order,

Charles Brocklebank, b 1918, student [Keble College]


The Davis family are recorded  in Girls in Green, Michael Rouse, as having given a home to evacuees in WWII.

Charles B Davis was a private with the King’s Own Scottish Borderers. He died 12 Feb 1944, age 26 and is commemorated on the Rangoon Memorial in Burma.
