1803 – 1807 John Raper. John Raper probably bought the freehold from John Haggerston of the Manor House of St Radegund in Cambridge.
1810 John Papworth
1838 Charles Papworth, son of John. Owner was now Richard Foster the brewer of Quayside, Cambridge.
1843 licensee was Allen Symonds.
The Barley Mow was the venue for the annual village Horkey Supper to celebrate the end of harvest.
1858 – 1900
Licensee John Gawthrop. in 1871 he was a farmer with 31 acres.
1900 – 1906 Frederic Gawthrop
1906 Bailey and Tebbutt of Panton Street purchased the pub for £750. Licensee Albert Foster until he died in 1920.
