History of 10 Cambridge Road, Waterbeach

Listed building:

House. Early to mid C19. Gault brick, hipped slate roof with side stacks. Two storeys, three ‘bays’. Wooden, modillioned eaves cornice. Three first floor twelve-paned, recessed, hung sash windows with pelmets. Two similar ground floor windows. Reeded doorcase with corner bosses, four-panelled door and rectangular fanlight with patterned glazing bars.
