1900 Public Analyst Laboratory built. The office had been at 1 Sidney Street.
1908 J West Knights moved to 25 St Barnabas Road (newly built) at rear of 67 Tenison Road. The gardens were linked.

Solomon Greenberg appointed on retirement of J W Knights. This was his address in 1929 but by 1933 his address is 25 St Barnabas Road.
1960 His named changed from Greenberg to Greenburgh

1976 planning permission granted J R O’Brien to use 67 Tenison Road as a language laboratory
1979 planning permission granted to Chris Bourchier to convert 67 Tenison Road to a dwelling

1987 bought by Alistair Denny Raby
