Headly and Edwards Ltd, agricultural and horticultural engineers, etc.
Edward Headly set up an ironmongery business here in 1852 when he dissolved the partnership with his brother James running the Eagle Foundry on Mill Road. The firm built a foundry on Newmarket Road and took on the name Headly and Edwards in 1885. It ceased business in 1934.
