Gault Hole, Mepal

History of Gault Hole

Gault Hole OS 1901

Derek Martin’s reminiscences are recorded in Mepal Vignettes (2005). He says that the Casbon family lived in a cottage at Gault Hole for several years. It was an ideal place for wildfowling with a punt gun.
