History of 67 Tenison Road

1900: Public Analyst Laboratory built. The office had been at 1 Sidney Street.

1908: J West Knights moved to 25 St Barnabas Road (newly built) at rear of 67 Tenison Road. The gardens were linked.

1913:

J West Knights, FIC, public analyst, laboratory

1928:

Solomon Greenberg appointed on retirement of J W Knights. This was his address in 1929 but by 1933 his address is 25 St Barnabas Road.

1960: His named changed from Greenberg to Greenburgh

1962:

S Greenburgh, County and City Analyst

1976: planning permission granted J R O’Brien to use 67 Tenison Road as a language laboratory

1979: planning permission granted to Chris Bourchier to convert 67 Tenison Road to a dwelling

1980: property bought by Chris Bourchier

1983: bought by Barry John Dubas

1985: bought by  Alan Dominic Martin

1987: bought by Alistair Denny Raby
