Head of household on the 1921 Census is Frank William Flatt, a 31 year old who works as a boot and shoe assistant at J Brown Boot Dealers. He was born in Long Sutton, Licolnshire. Frank is married to Harriet Sarah and they have an eight year old son named Herbert William.
Harriet is the daughter of Mary Ellis who lives at 1 Stone Street.
The Electoral registers show the family living here between 1918 and 1950. The 1939 Register records Frank working as a Telegraph Railway Lineman, and Harriet’s brother John living at number 18. Frank died in June 1945.
