Frederick Hasdell Allen, his wife Sarah and their son George moved here from 51 Ainsworth Street. George was apprenticed to a cabinet maker, and by 1911 he was living next door at 102 Ainsworth Street with his wife Agnes.
Frederick Allen died in 1933 (at his son’s house, no. 102) and Sarah in 1929. They are both buried in Mill Road Cemetery.
